Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Percept Meridian website and bookings for sittings at the reading room. They were last revised on 21 September 2026.

Acceptance

By using this website or confirming a sitting in reply to our email, you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you may do so. A sitting is teaching and supervised reading of our Solana learning library on cross-chain concepts and bridging safety. It is a scheduled appointment with a reader, paid as described on the fees page.

Intellectual property

Shelf notes, checklists, diagrams, and the text of this website belong to Percept Meridian unless a public document is clearly quoted. You may keep the printed note set from a sitting you attended and your own handwritten sketch. You may not copy the shelf volumes, resell the notes, or present our diagrams as your own teaching materials.

Conduct in the room and in messages

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or recovery words. Do not ask the reader to sign a transaction or to hold a device that controls funds. Guests share the table; a person who disrupts a sitting may be asked to leave, and the refund page explains what portion of the fee remains.

Liability

Our notes describe publicly available information and the questions we teach guests to ask. They are not legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and they are not an instruction to use any bridge. You remain responsible for transactions you approve and for checking whether a document has changed since your sitting. To the extent Korean law allows, our liability for a paid sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. We do not exclude liability that Korean law does not allow us to exclude.

Website

We may update page content as shelves are revised. Fees on the website are informational until confirmed by email. The contact form is for inquiries; a seat is held only when we confirm the date and payment in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Korea, including the courts that serve Daegu, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
