Refunds, cancellations, and no-shows

These rules cover paid sittings at Percept Meridian: the Bridging Safety Seminar, the Private Bridge Reading, the Cross-Chain Study Circle, and desk hours. They were last revised on 21 September 2026. Write to hello@perceptmeridian.click or call 0537841359.

Eligibility

A refund applies to a fee we have confirmed by email and you have paid by bank transfer. Informational prices on the website are not charges. If we cancel a sitting, you receive a full refund of the fee paid for that sitting, or a move to another date if you prefer.

Timeframe and portion

Seminar seat: cancel seven or more days before the sitting for a full refund. Cancel with less than seven days’ notice for a refund of half the seat fee. A no-show is not refunded, because the printed set and the seat were held.

Private hire of the whole table follows the same seven-day line, applied to the 1,600,000 KRW fee.

Private Bridge Reading: cancel before we have started the written note for a full refund. Once preparation has started, 80,000 KRW is kept for the note and the remainder is refunded if you cancel more than two days before the sitting. Inside two days, or on a no-show, the full 220,000 KRW is kept. If you attend, the fee stands even if you decide not to act on the note.

Study circle: the term fee is refunded in full if you cancel before the second Tuesday evening. After the second evening has begun, the term fee is kept. We do not refund single missed evenings.

Desk hour: full refund if you cancel before the day; the 30,000 KRW is kept for a same-day cancellation or a no-show.

Rescheduling

A seminar seat or a private reading may be moved once without a fee if you ask five or more days ahead and we have another date within eight weeks. A second move is treated as a cancellation. The study circle is tied to a term and is not moved evening by evening.

Work already started and materials

The prepared bridge note is the work that makes part of a private reading non-refundable. Printed seminar sets already produced for a late cancellation are covered by the half fee we keep. Extra printed sets you ordered for a colleague are not refundable once printed. Shelf copies are not sold, so there is no refund path for them.

How a refund is paid

Email hello@perceptmeridian.click with the name on the booking, the sitting, and the date. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds return to the bank account that paid us, within ten working days after we confirm. We do not refund to a different name without a written reason.

Deposits

We do not take a separate deposit. The seat, reading, term, or desk hour is paid in full to hold the time. The portions above are the only amounts we keep on a cancellation.
